Create and Remove an Email Autoresponder in SiteWorx — technical guide illustration

Create an autoresponder to send an automatic reply to people who email you while you are away.

  1. Log in to SiteWorx (for example, at www.example.com:2443/siteworx/).
  2. Under SiteWorx, open Hosting Features, then select E-mail and Autoresponders.

  1. In E-mail Address, enter the mailbox name for the address you want to set up. For example, for YourEmail@example.com, enter YourEmail.
  2. Optionally, enter an address in Send copy to to receive a copy of incoming messages.
  3. Enter your automatic reply in Autoresponder Message, such as a brief note explaining that you are on vacation.
  4. Click Add to create the autoresponder.

Remove an autoresponder

  1. Open Autoresponders and find the address under Existing Autoresponders.
  2. Click Delete next to that address.
