Update your contact information in cPanel to receive system notifications about disk quota, bandwidth usage, or email disk quota limits.
Log in to your cPanel account.
Open Account Preferences and locate the contact information and notification settings. On some cPanel versions or configurations, this may appear as Contact Information under Preferences.
Enter or update your primary contact email address. cPanel recommends using an address that is not hosted on the account, so you can still receive messages if there is a problem with your account.
If you want to add another contact address, enter it in the secondary email field.
Select the notifications you want to receive for quota or usage limits, then save your changes.
