How to Import a Database Using phpMyAdmin in cPanel

1. Log in to your cPanel account.
2. In the Databases section, click phpMyAdmin.
   
3. In the left sidebar, expand the list of databases and select the database you want to import the SQL file into.
   
4. Click the Import tab.
   
5. Under File to import, click Choose File (or Browse) and select the SQL file on your computer.
   
6. Scroll down and click Go to start the import.

A success message indicates that the SQL file was imported.
