You can create a MySQL or MariaDB database from cPanel’s database management interface.
- Log in to your cPanel account.
- Open Databases and select Manage My Databases. On older cPanel versions, this interface may be named MySQL Databases.
- In the New Database field, enter the database name.
- Click Create Database.
- After the confirmation appears, return to the database page. The new database will be listed under Current Databases.
