
- Log in to your cPanel account.
- In the Databases section, click phpMyAdmin.

- In the left sidebar, expand the list of databases and select the database you want to import the SQL file into.

- Click the Import tab.

- Under File to import, click Choose File (or Browse) and select the SQL file on your computer.

- Scroll down and click Go to start the import.
A success message indicates that the SQL file was imported.
