To point a domain registered with Name.com to your hosting account, update its nameservers using the values in your hosting Welcome email.
- Go to Name.com and log in to your account.
- Open My Domains and select the domain you want to update.
- On the left side of the domain page, select Name Servers.
- Under Add Nameserver, enter the first nameserver from your Welcome email and click Add. Repeat for the second nameserver.
Use the exact nameserver values provided in your Welcome email; ns1.example.com is only an example. If you no longer have the email, contact HostCupid to request the values. Changes can take time to propagate, and the duration varies.
