Read billing terms → Weekly or daily backups? Weekly server backups are included. Daily Backup is an optional paid upgrade. Review the selected backup option before ordering; you can keep or remove the upgrade. Its charge covers your selected hosting term.
Ask support to confirm retention, backup location and coverage for your account. Weekly means a weekly schedule, not seven daily copies. Recovery depends on successful backups and available restore points; confirm any restore charges with support.

Is storage unlimited? No. All accounts use the storage allowance of your master reseller plan. Check the capacity before adding customers.
Can you help me choose a plan? Tell us how many reseller and hosting accounts you expect to manage. We will help you check the available limits.
Does every reseller get the full advertised storage? No. The advertised storage is the total pool for your Master Reseller plan. Allocate capacity across the accounts under it and check account limits before selling customer packages.
How is the price billed? The large figure is the monthly equivalent. The amount below it is your hosting payment for the selected duration. GST and selected paid extras are additional.
Are daily backups included? Weekly server backups are included. Daily Backup is an optional paid upgrade, selected by default and removable before ordering. Its charge covers your selected hosting term. Review the backup choice and full total before paying.
Will the renewal price be the same? Confirm the renewal amount, billing duration and any promotional conditions before purchasing. Do not assume an introductory monthly equivalent will remain unchanged.
