Billing & renewals
The large price is a monthly equivalent. You pay the full term shown. Check the recurring amount shown in your order summary before paying. A monthly equivalent does not mean you are charged every month. GST and paid extras are additional.
Weekly server backups are included. Daily Backup is an optional paid upgrade. Review the selected backup option before ordering; you can keep or remove the upgrade. Its charge covers your selected hosting term.
Ask support to confirm retention, backup location and coverage for your account. Weekly means a weekly schedule, not seven daily copies. Recovery depends on successful backups and available restore points; confirm any restore charges with support.
Eligible first-time hosting purchases have a seven-calendar-day refund-request window. Renewals, third-party charges and completed work have exclusions.
Check the number of client accounts you need and their combined storage. Leave room for new clients.
Does each client get the full storage allowance?
No. The listed storage is the total for your reseller plan, shared across the accounts you create.
Who supports my customers?
You manage your customer relationship. You can raise hosting and server issues with HostCupid through your account.
Reseller or Master Reseller: what is the difference?
Reseller hosting lets you manage separate hosting accounts for clients. Master Reseller hosting also supports reseller accounts within the published plan limits. Choose according to the account hierarchy you need.
Is HostCupid reseller hosting white-label for Chennai agencies?
The reseller service is designed for agencies and freelancers managing customer hosting. WHM, separate cPanel accounts and custom nameserver support are available subject to the selected plan and current platform configuration.
How is the price billed?

Will the renewal price be the same?
