How to Reset Your InterWorx (SiteWorx) Account Password

After signing in to SiteWorx, follow these steps to change your account password:

1. Open your SiteWorx account, for example at www.example.com:2443/siteworx/.
2. Under SiteWorx, open Administration if it is not already expanded.
3. Click User Accounts.

4. Under Action, click Edit.
5. Enter a new password in the Change Password field, or use the password generator.
6. Click Close.

A success message will confirm that your password has changed. Sign out, then sign in using the new password.

If you have forgotten your password and cannot access SiteWorx, open a support ticket.
