How to Change an FTP Account Password in SiteWorx

To change the password for the main FTP account, change your SiteWorx account password. To change a specific FTP account’s password, follow these steps:

1. Log in to SiteWorx (for example, at www.example.com:2443/siteworx/).
2. Under SiteWorx, open Hosting Features if it is not already expanded.
3. Select FTP, then click Accounts.
   
4. Find the FTP account, select Edit from its Action list, and open its settings.
5. Enter the new password in the Change Password and Confirm Password fields, or use Generate to create a password.
6. Save the change using the page’s save or close control.
   

You can now access that FTP account with the new password.
