Log in to cPanel.
In the Databases section, click phpMyAdmin.
In phpMyAdmin, expand the database list in the left sidebar and select the database you want to optimize.
Scroll to the bottom of the tables list, choose Check all, then select Optimize table from the action dropdown.
phpMyAdmin will display the result for the selected tables.
