Add a cPanel email account to Android using the built-in email app. The steps and labels may vary slightly by Android version.

  1. Open Settings, go to Accounts, and tap Add account.

  2. Select Corporate or IMAP, depending on the options shown.

  3. Enter your full email address (for example, you@example.com) and email password, then tap Next.

  4. Choose IMAP as the account type.

  5. For the incoming server, enter your domain name (for example, example.com) and set the port to 143. Leave the other settings unchanged unless your provider has given you different settings, then tap Next.

  6. For the outgoing SMTP server, enter mail.example.com (replace example.com with your domain) and set the port to 25. Tap Next.

  7. Choose your inbox sync frequency and notification preferences, then tap Next.

Your account should now be set up. You can review its sync and notification settings under Settings > Accounts.

The account list shows your email accounts and their sync status.
