After adding your cPanel email account to your Android device, follow these steps to send a message using its built-in email app.
Open the Email app and go to your inbox.
Tap the compose icon or menu, then tap Compose.
Enter the recipient’s email address in the To field, add a subject, and write your message. Tap the Send icon.
