Use cPanel’s Backup interface to create a full backup of your account and download it when it is ready.
Log in to your cPanel account.
In the Files section, click Backup.
Under Full Backup, click Download a Full Account Backup.
Select Home as the backup destination. Enter an email address if you want to receive a notification when the backup is complete.
Start the backup and wait for cPanel to finish creating it.
When the backup is complete, return to the Full Backup page. Find the file in the Backups Available for Download list and click it to download.
