How to Check for New Email in Mozilla Thunderbird

1. Open Mozilla Thunderbird.

2. In the left pane, find your email account. If its folders are hidden, click the account name to expand the folder list, then select Inbox.

To check for new messages manually, select the account and click Get Messages.

Thunderbird can also check for new mail automatically when it starts and at the interval configured in the account settings.
