- Log in to your cPanel account.
- In the Software section, click Softaculous App Installer.
- In Softaculous, locate the Portal/CMS category in the left-hand menu, then select ImpressPages.
- Click Install.
- Under Software Setup, configure the installation:
- Choose Protocol: Select the protocol for your site. Leave the default selection if it is appropriate.
- Choose Domain: Select the domain where you want to install ImpressPages.
- In Directory: Enter a directory name to install at a path such as
example.com/directory. Leave this blank to install at the domain root.
- Under Site Settings, enter a Site Name.
- Under Admin Account, enter an admin password and email address. The admin username is shown in the installer; use the value provided there.
Save the admin login details securely so you can access the ImpressPages administration area.
- Review Advanced Options. Leave the defaults unless you want to change options such as the database name or automated backups. Backups may use additional disk space.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Install.
