How to Remove Sample Posts, Pages, and Comments in WordPress

To remove the default sample content from a new WordPress site:

1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
2. Go to Posts > All Posts. Hover over the “Hello world!” post and click Trash.
   
   
3. Go to Pages > All Pages. Hover over the sample page and click Trash.
   
4. Go to Comments. Hover over the sample comment and click Trash.
   

The sample post, page, and comment will be moved to the trash.
