You can install a WordPress theme from the admin dashboard without technical knowledge.
Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
Go to Appearance > Themes.
Click Add New.
Search for a theme or browse the available themes using the Featured, Popular, or Latest options. You can select Live Preview to preview a theme before installing it.
When you have chosen a theme, click Install.
After installation, click Activate to use the theme on your site.
