How to Install Pluck via Softaculous in cPanel

  1. Log in to your cPanel account.
  2. In the Software section, click Softaculous App Installer.
  3. In Softaculous, open the Portal/CMS category and select Pluck.
  4. Click Install.
  5. Under Software Setup, configure the installation:
    • Choose Protocol: Select the protocol you want to use. You can leave the default selection.
    • Choose Domain: Select the domain for the installation. If you have only one domain, leave the default selection.
    • In Directory: Enter a directory name to install Pluck in a subdirectory, such as directory for example.com/directory. Leave this blank to install it at the domain root.
  6. Under Site Settings, enter your website's name.
  7. Under Admin Account, enter your email address and choose a strong administrator password.

    Save your administrator login details securely; you will need them to access the Pluck admin area.

  8. Review Advanced Options. Leave the defaults unless you want to change the database name or configure automated backups. Backups can use disk space.
  9. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Install.
