How to Install Quick.CMS with Softaculous in cPanel

  1. Log in to your cPanel account.
  2. In the Software section, click Softaculous App Installer.
  3. In Softaculous, open the Portal/CMS category and select Quick.CMS.
  4. Click Install.
  5. Under Software Setup, configure the installation:
    • Choose Protocol: Select the protocol you want to use. Leave the default if it is appropriate for your site.
    • Choose Domain: Select the domain for the installation. If you have only one domain, keep the default selection.
    • In Directory: Enter a directory name to install Quick.CMS in a subdirectory, such as directory for example.com/directory. Leave this field blank to install it at the domain root.
  6. Under Site Settings, enter a site name and description or slogan.
  7. Under Admin Account, enter your email address and choose a strong password. Save the administrator login details securely; you will need them to access the Quick.CMS administration area.
  8. Review Advanced Options. Leave the defaults unless you want to change the database name or configure automated backups. Backups may use additional disk space.
  9. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Install.
