To install a plugin manually through the WordPress dashboard, first download its ZIP file to your computer.
Sign in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
Hover over Plugins and select Add New.
Select Upload Plugin, then click Browse or the file-selection button. Choose the plugin ZIP file and click Install Now.
When installation finishes, click Activate Plugin.
The activated plugin will appear in the WordPress dashboard. If it requires setup, follow the plugin’s displayed instructions.
