BoxTrapper requires senders who are not on your whitelist to reply to a verification email before their messages reach your inbox. You can enable it for individual email accounts.
- Log in to your cPanel account.
- In the Email section, click BoxTrapper.
- Find the email account you want to configure, then click Manage.
- On the BoxTrapper Manage page, check the current status. If BoxTrapper is disabled, click Enable.
