Create a Global Email Filter in cPanel

Global email filters can help manage unwanted messages by discarding them or applying other actions. Use the steps below to create a filter that discards messages containing a chosen word.

1. Log in to cPanel.
2. In the Email section, click Global Email Filters.
   
3. Click Create a New Filter, then enter a name in the Filter Name field.
4. Under Rules, choose Body and Contains, then enter the word to match, such as Lottery.
   
5. Under Actions, select Discard Message.
6. Click Create.
