How to Create a User-Level Email Filter in cPanel

cPanel email filters can sort or discard messages that match rules you define.

1. Log in to cPanel.
2. In the Email section, click Email Filters.
   
3. Under Filters by Users, find the email account and click Manage Filters beside it.
   
4. Click Create a New Filter.
5. Enter a name in the Filter Name field.
6. Set a rule for the messages to match. For example, choose Body as the message part, Contains as the match condition, and enter Lottery as the text to match.
7. Under Actions, select Discard Message to discard matching messages.
   
8. Click Create.
