Log in to SiteWorx, for example at
www.example.com:2443/siteworx/.In the SiteWorx menu, open Hosting Features if it is not already expanded, then select Softaculous.
In Softaculous, open the Forums category and select FluxBB.
Select Install.
Complete the Software Setup fields:
- Choose Protocol: Leave the default unless you need a different protocol.
- Choose Domain: Select the domain for the installation. If you have only one domain, leave the current selection.
- In Directory: Enter a directory name to install FluxBB at a path such as
example.com/forum. Leave this field blank to install it at the domain root.
Under Site Settings, enter a Site Name and Site Description.
Under Admin Account, enter an administrator username, a strong password, and an email address. Avoid common usernames such as “admin” or “administrator.” Save these login details securely so you can access the FluxBB administration area.
Review Advanced Options. You can leave the defaults, or change the database name or backup settings if needed. Automated backups may use additional disk space.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Install.
