When you add a domain, allow time for AutoSSL to issue and install its certificate. If a certificate has not appeared after 24 hours, check the AutoSSL log in cPanel > SSL/TLS Status.
If the log shows an error, review the message and address the issue. If you need help, contact your hosting provider and include the error details. If no error is shown, you can run AutoSSL manually:
- Log in to cPanel.
- In the Security section, open SSL/TLS Status.
- Select Run AutoSSL. cPanel will display a success or error message.
If AutoSSL reports success, allow time for the certificate to be issued and installed. If an error appears, review it and contact your hosting provider with the message. Domain verification and certificate installation may take several hours, and in some cases up to 24 hours.
